PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

We manage all technical and creative elements that bring events to life, including sound, lighting, power, CCTV, Wi-Fi, comms and rigging. We produce schedules, risk assessments and construction phase plans, keeping teams aligned and delivery smooth. Our work includes AutoCAD site layouts, Vectorworks stage plans, and RF coordination. We also monitor noise levels to keep sound compliant and shows running safely and without disruption.

SITE MANAGEMENT

We manage all on-site operations to ensure safe, efficient event delivery. With a solid understanding of CDM regulations, we often act as Principal Contractor, coordinating contractors and site safety. Our team is IPAF and NPORS qualified to operate MEWPs and plant equipment, and we’re SafeContractor approved. From build to de-rig, we support suppliers and crews to keep projects on track, ensuring the site is well-managed, compliant, and ready for showtime.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We offer practical health and safety management tailored to live events and temporary builds. With a NEBOSH General Certificate and BS7909 training, we produce essential documentation including event management plans, fire risk assessments, method statements, and show stop procedures. Combining qualifications with on-the-ground experience, we ensure safety is built into the creative process – helping teams work confidently and compliantly.

DESIGN

We produce detailed, to-scale plans that form the backbone of smooth and safe event delivery. Site layouts are created in AutoCAD, covering infrastructure like access, fencing, power, water, waste, and compound locations. For stage and technical production design, we use Vectorworks to map out stage dimensions, riser layouts, lighting positions, PA hangs, and sightlines. Where needed, plans are geo-referenced for accurate GPS marking on site. Our drawings are clear, practical, and tailored for use across licensing, contractor briefing, and live build coordination.
